Come take part in a restorative, energizing breath exploration! Our breath is an incredible resource that can help us find calm in moments of stress or anxiety. We can use it to feel more confident as we move through the world, and to communicate freely and easily with our voice in conversation, while speaking in public or singing. In this class, explore tools from Jessica Wolf’s Art of Breathing method for effortless breathing and vocalizing that you can easily use on your own or with your students to access ease and vitality anytime, anywhere! For all levels of Alexander experience, from beginners to teachers.
Please have space on the floor to lie down with a yoga mat or bit of carpet, and something to put under your head like a folded towel, or couple of thin paperback books. If you have something lightweight you can toss like a rolled up pair of socks, light ball, or beanbag, that will be helpful.
